MedFrontDesk

A unified call-to-booking workflow for small practices: calls answered, bookings requested and confirmed, reminders sent — three products, one workspace, one bill.

What is included

MedReception AI

Ava answers routine calls from your approved FAQ, routes by intent with your deterministic table, takes after-hours messages and hands anything about symptoms, prescriptions or urgency to a person.

MedBooking AI

A booking link that holds the slot, a queue your staff confirm in one click (known patients can confirm automatically), reminder replies C / R / X and waitlist backfill.

MedFollow AI — administrative reminders

Remy sends staff-approved reminder templates to rule-based audiences — upcoming visits, follow-ups due, wellness recalls — honouring consent, preferences and quiet hours. Clinical follow-up stays with the standalone product.

What the bundle adds

One activation, one workspace

Turn on all three products at once inside the practice workspace you already have. A product you subscribe to separately is left untouched, so nothing is billed twice.

Shared quotas, metered once

Call minutes, texts, emails and booking requests count once against bundle-wide monthly limits, whichever product produced them. Each product page shows the shared figure.

One funnel, one work queue

Calls answered → booking requests → confirmations → reminders → replies for the same window, and a single list of callbacks, after-hours messages, requests waiting for staff and outreach exceptions.

The same safety rules

Nothing in the bundle changes how the products decide: deterministic routing and booking policy, approved text only, consent checked before every message, human hand-off for uncertainty.

Scope and limits

  • MedFollow inside the bundle sends administrative reminders only; lab or overdue follow-up audiences and Finn's home-reading follow-ups need MedFollow AI standalone.
  • Telephony and texting run on your Twilio number; production use with real patients requires your own compliance review and signed vendor agreements for each component. MedFrontDesk does not claim HIPAA certification.
  • The calendar is the platform's own; two-way sync with an external calendar or EHR is not available yet.

Roadmap (not yet available)

  • External calendar and EHR write-back
  • Email reminders for appointments
  • Lifetime-deal (AppSumo) activation — not offered until commercial approval

Pricing and usage

One direct monthly subscription for the bundle with metered voice minutes, texts, emails and booking requests; per-tenant caps and transparent usage in the dashboard. Final prices are set per contract once vendor costs are quoted — nothing here is a published rate.
